Yet another 60 !!! Tonight a cracking 63lbs Mirror has come out from Tree Tops on Bill's Lake 1.
The fish came towards the end of a strange week where it started very slow and then picked up with the previous night seeing the same angler land 2 x 50's and a couple of 40's. Watch this space for more reports.....
hi, Bill just dropping you a line to thank you and Ruth for another fantastic holiday, i think it was our 6th year visiting lake 1 and it was another great year. Ruth really looked after me and dad,the food was lovely especially the desserts.Dad got his first ever grass carp at 41lb 2oz altogether we caught 13 carp 2 sturgeon and 1 catfish. For the 1st time since coming to lake 1 i caught more than dad with my pb mirror at 42lb 8oz and also my pb common at 32lb 6oz and my 1st ever catfish,i also caught 4 more carp at 32lb,27lb,27lb 12oz,30lb 2oz.Looking forward to coming next year could you please book me and dad in for the 1st week of my summer holidays,last week in july 2011.Tight lines or should they be slack? it was the second time on lake 3 and again it was a great experience.
The first days lost a few fish but after changing the rig ,caught some beautifull fish
in total 26 carp,1 sturgeon,6 tench and 2 bream
can't almost can't wait till next year
