Bills Lake 3 - Overview
As with Bill's Lake 1 this lake offers the angler a chance to fish the mighty River Marne. The river borders the site and is available to fish at a small cost. This river has produced some really big fish and big gear is needed to bank these awesome fighting Carp!

Swims
The newest of our 3 lakes and probably the most fun! This 30 year old established gravel pit is lined with trees and mature borders. It is 8 acres in size and has an average depth of 3.5 meters. The swims are set along one bank with the facing bank being out of bounds. This causes a natural haven for the fish with multiple catches coming from its' margin. This lake bursts into life in very early spring and continues well into December with the fish showing themselves frequently. No problems in locating them at all!Click here to see the swims.
Fish
Fish stocks are very high in this lake with the average stamp of fish being very impressive.There is a very large head of 30lbs+ fish, several 40's and a few surprise 50lbs+ too! We have stocked the lake with over 2½ tons of carp from local sources and some quality “slate grey” fish from Belgium. We are also fortunate to have acquired this lake with a great stock of Grass Carp. These have been viewed in the summer and are really quite stunning! The largest out so far only goes to 47.8 but there are many in there that will go over the mid 50lbs barrier!Click here to see the fish.
Facilities
We have put a purpose built kitchen cabin on the lake and this can be hired for 100 euros a week. Due to a few teething problems last year we now require a small deposit for the lake (£50) which will be refunded when we have checked the lake before your departure. There is also an English flushing toiliet and shower block available 24 hours a day.Click here to see the facilities.

The shops can be found nearby with a Hypermarket and Mc.Donalds being only 5 miles away. We even have a local Kebab/Chip shop that will deliver your order direct to the lake!Click here to see local facilities.
