This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect from you when you purchase one or more of our products via our website. When you purchase from us online we request the following information from you via the online application forms on our website:

- Contact Numbers
Why do we collect this information?
We will use your information to book a holiday at our lakes. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your booking. We require this information in order to process your booking and fulfil our contract with you.
What do we do with your information?
All the information we collect from you is stored in the UK and processed in France. The bookings database containing all booking information collected from the online application forms is stored and remotely backed-up on a secure web server in a Data Centre managed and owned by the UK web hosting company EUKHost.
Your payment details are passed to a third-party payment processor Natixis Payment Solutions. NO payment details are ever stored by Bill's Lake. We use Natixis Payment Solutions to provide us with a secure debit and credit card payment processing service. If you choose to pay by this method online via our website, your card details, name, address, IP address, and email will be transmitted to Natixis Payment Solutions securely for the processing of payment and for fraud prevention. Natixis Payment Solutions will not store your card details.
We work with businesses who manage and support our website and as such, they have access to the information that we request from you in order to process your booking. In rare cases we may disclose information to third parties where a legal obligation, or similar order is enforced upon us. Bill's Lake do not share data with any third parties other than those specifically mentioned above.
How long do we keep your information for?
We keep your information on file unless a request is made to us to delete it. We do this so you can view past bookings and log in to book holidays in the future.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Easily access their data. All customer are granted access to the 'Customer Login' area of the website and are able to view and maintain the information we hold on file for them at any time.
- Have data rectified upon request. All customer have the right to change their details and can do so themselves via the 'Customer Login' of the website, or by emailing us or by putting it in writing to us.
- Have their data removed. Customer have the right to request removal from our database at anytime. Requests must be made by email to us or in writing to us.
Giving your consent
The GDPR legislation requires that all members actively give consent to Bill's Lake requesting, storing and using their data as set out in this policy.
The information we request (as detailed in this policy) is deemed necessary by Bill's Lake as without the information we request, we are unable to book a holiday at our lakes.
We may change this policy from time to time. You should check this policy occasionally to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version that will apply each time you access the website.
